                to Dataquest the SAN equipment market is expected to grow 70% 
                per year from $478 million in 1999 to $6.8 billion in 2004. Storage 
                Area Networks are comprised of separate network devices including 
                hard disks, CD jukeboxes, backup tape drives attached by high-speed 
                fiber optic cable running a special protocol called Fibre Channel. 
                Network hubs and or switches connect the storage devices and servers. 
                Thus far SAN Switches are the fastest growing and most lucrative 
                portion of the SAN market. Providing switches are companies including 
                the following; Qlogic (QLGC), Brocade (BRCD), Gadzoox Networks 
                (ZOOX), EMC (EMC) spin off McData (MCDT), Vixel (VIXL) and SPX
